·         To orient students to the academic framework, examination processes, campus clubs, and institutional culture for a smooth transition into the MBA curriculum.

Dnyanaarambh 2025, the MBA Induction Program at DYPDPU's School of Management and Research, spanned from July 1 to July 26, 2025, welcoming the new batch with a comprehensive blend of academic, professional, and personal development activities. The program commenced with industry leaders sharing strategic HR insights from sectors like luxury real estate, IT, and agribusiness, emphasizing talent agility, data-driven decisions, and inclusive growth. Subsequent days focused on self-discovery themes such as "Awaken the Superhero in You," emotional intelligence, effective communication, and management lessons from the Shrimad Bhagavad Geeta, alongside forward-looking topics like generative AI's role in decision-making and innovation.

Experiential elements enriched the program, including a movie screening of Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year to highlight business ethics and entrepreneurship, an ice-breaking session for peer bonding, a student-led Guru Pournima celebration honoring mentors, a sports day at PBA Arena promoting teamwork through cricket, football, badminton, and table tennis, and outbound training at Chonde Farms for leadership and problem-solving skills. Industry-specific sessions covered geopolitics' impact on agri and pharma, agripreneurship, real estate careers, and sustainable leadership. The final week featured a bridge course on core subjects like accounts, economics, marketing, HR, operations, and business analytics to level the playing field for diverse backgrounds, plus workshops on photography and LinkedIn for creative and networking skills.

The program culminated in a valedictory ceremony on July 26 at DPU Auditorium, graced by chief guest Mr. Kumaar Bagrodia (CEO, NeuroLeap) and guest of honor Mr. Kedar Taskar (MD, Faurecia Clean Mobility India), alongside university leaders like Dr. Somnath Patil, Dr. Rohini Patil, Dr. Dheeraj Agrawal and Dr. Vishal Wadajkar. A "Show Your Talent" event showcased students' singing, dancing, and comedy, fostering creativity and unity. Overall, the 22-day program equipped participants with resilience, strategic thinking, and a holistic mindset, receiving enthusiastic feedback for its integrative approach that prepared them for academic rigor and professional success.
