Objective:

The primary objective of this Faculty Development Programme is to enhance the research and academic writing capabilities of faculty members by equipping them with the necessary skills, techniques, and methodologies required to publish high-quality research papers in reputed Q1 and Q2 journals. The programme aims to provide participants with in-depth knowledge on identifying suitable journals, structuring a research paper, adhering to publication ethics, understanding the peer-review process, and improving the overall quality and impact of scholarly publications. Through expert sessions and practical workshops, the programme seeks to foster a culture of rigorous research and international-level academic contribution.

Brief Summary of Event

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was organized in collaboration with IIT Guwahati, Assam, and Dr. D. Y. Patil Dnyan Prasad University for a duration of one week. The FDP focused on in-depth theoretical sessions and hands-on practical training on writing research papers for Q1 and Q2 journals. The programme commenced with an inaugural session led by Dr. Rajesh Prasad and a welcome address by Dr. Vishal Wadajkar.
